Placed an order at 618 estime time estimated delivery was 750-810 and its 850 and still no order and when i called the store i was basically told i could cancel my order terrible service Now I see the owner has just put up a review in answer to my review and it’s lies!I was home from the time I placed my order. until it finally arrived at 910 and no delivery driver knocked on my door nor did I receive a text that he was actually at my door! I didn’t even get my order from Uber Eats because after I contacted the store via email the owner called me on the phone and asked what happened then he arranged for my order to be delivered directly from the store and it got here in 10 minutes!Wow!

Always a pleasant experience. I usually check their site first before going there to select my purchase. Site is easy to use and staff at the Scarborough store are happy, friendly and knowledgeable. This time I tried the Jungle Fire and at 29.02% THC...it is fire!!!

Dont order from here. Much better places with less problems. I just ordered from this place for the 5th time or so with no issue previous. Same order procedure, same way of ordering. No problems. This time, the deliver driver felt the need too lie and say she's been standing and calling for 20min, when I watched her walk to my door. Not a single phone call. Then after telling her the card nunber used to purchase, she debated not giving me to product paid for because I didnt want too show her my physical credit card. The negetive demeanor and hostile attitude is enough for me not too come back. Not worth the hassle. Try KushBuddy on google. Much faster, less problematic.

I used to love shopping here, great selection and prices. But on June 6th I placed a deliver order for $110 and I had to request a refund due to a lack of stock. It’s been two months and I still have not received a refund. I have been in communication with the staff but all I’ve received is run around and no refund. It’s unfortunate but I’ve stopped shopping here due to a lack of professionalism on this matter.

Great product and selection. Easy to find items and order online. Good service when I picked up. They have a seperate space for staff to retrieve and process payment for your order so it's possible to have very low-contact pick up in the store. Recommended. Will order again!

Prices are great, budtenders are great even with the lack of organization. Not a great experience this time around, asked about their price match and if they price match their other store, so they had to call the manager or owner and instead of being told sorry no, I was told if I want those prices to go to the other store.

If I could leave a no star review I would. I went in to the store to buy a vape and asked for raw papers I was told they didn’t sell raw when I seen something with raw written on it. He being the man behind the counter with a scar at the side of his eye said if I had it I would sell it to you and got my vape cartridge and threw it on the counter at me I told him he could put it back because of his attitude I was going else where he told me to Get the eff out he wasn’t serving rude customers I said how was I rude when you threw that at me he came charging out from behind the counter through the door and started yelling in my face and got in my personal space. I honestly think he needs help because he has no people skills and I felt seriously threatened. If I was someone else I don’t think it would have ended the same way.
